Applications must be received at the LTC Administrative Office by mail, E-APP, or eUpload within the 03/21/2022 - 04/30/2022 time period.
Joint applications count as one application.
Credit will only be given to the writing producer.
Credit will only be given for applicants who do not already have an EssentialLTC policy.
Clearly uninsurable applications will not be counted.
